Brixel Property Partners (ABN 68 260 583 826) is a licensed real estate agent operating under James Iodice, providing property search, research, and acquisition services to property investors across Australia.
We are registered with AUSTRAC as a reporting entity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). All services we provide are real estate services as defined under applicable state legislation.
When we use terms like "Property Game Plan" or refer to property search parameters, this refers solely to a documented set of criteria used to identify and acquire a suitable investment property — not a financial plan, financial product recommendation, or statement of advice of any kind.
What Brixel Property Partners Is Not
We are not a financial planning firm, financial adviser, mortgage broker, tax agent, accountant, or legal practitioner. We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and we are not licensed to provide advice on financial products.

Our Licences & Registrations

Third-Party Referrals
In the course of delivering our services, we may refer you to mortgage brokers, conveyancers, solicitors, and property managers.
Brixel Property Partners does not receive referral fees, commissions, or any other benefit from mortgage brokers, solicitors, conveyancers, or property managers in connection with client referrals. All referred professionals operate independently under their own licences.

AML/CTF Obligations
As a registered AUSTRAC reporting entity, we are required by law to verify the identity of all clients prior to providing services. This includes collecting government-issued identification and, where applicable, information regarding the source of funds and any ownership structures (including trusts or companies).
Failure to provide required identity documentation will result in us being unable to provide services to you. We are also required to report certain transactions and suspicious matters to AUSTRAC.
